Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and precision instruments to repair and maintain machinery
  • Work with equipment such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserters, bindery equipment, folders, and conveyor systems
  • Manufacture or repair parts using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses when needed
  • Perform precise adjustments for alignment, pressure, and flow to optimize machine performance
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong industrial maintenance experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical/electronic systems
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of geometry, shop math, and formulas to calculate measurements and alignments
  • Skilled in precision measurement and adjustments for machinery alignment
  • Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs
