Licensed PLUMBER Service Technician - Service Today - Will cover the Greater Milwaukee Area We re looking for exceptional technicians to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential plumbing repair and installation. As a plumbing technician, you will work as part of a dynamic team filling a role that suits you best whether it is consulting with customers, repairs, installation or all of the above. The position will be based in the field with a Company provided take home truck. We service mostly occupied residential homes. Technicians can earn up to $30.00 - $50.00 an hour based on weekly performance. In addition, there is a profit-sharing program and paid overtime. Residential Plumbing Service work, 2 years preferred Responsibilities Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. The Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucets repairs to water header installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Requirements Journeyman's License Preferred Must have Transportation, Truck or Van Preferable Tools Provided Master Plumber, Journeyman, Plumber, and, or Restricted appliance Plumber s preferred. Knowledge of local plumbing codes. Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair. Clean, safe driving record. Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
