RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for trouble shooting and repair of any electrical systems plant wide. Maintaining and up-grading current electrical prints in addition to keeping current secure copies of all PLC programs, both in the electrical shop and main office. Maintain the inventory and supply of electrical parts in stock. Mechanical repairs; fabricating; Create designing of any electrical control systems as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area on a continuous basis. Able to take on additional assignments when needed. EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED Post high school technical training or equivalent preferred Electrical and PLC WORK EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years experience desired Working knowledge of PLC's preferred Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and PLC controlled equipment and various types of automated manufacturing equipment. SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers) Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable length of time and follow detailed instructions. Excellent attendance required. Ability to work well with others. Committed to working in a zero harm workplace Projected 50 hour work week.
