WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Respond to internal and external service requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, with a focus on resolving issues effectively.

Coordinate and maintain job schedules for field service technicians, service crews, and delivery/site contractors.

Track and update job progress, ensuring timely communication of changes or delays to key parties.

Schedule and confirm service appointments, warranty work, and unit placements with customers and field teams.

Support the creation and distribution of service quotes and change orders.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure clarity and alignment on job scope and timelines.

Follow up on customer satisfaction and coordinate feedback with department leads.

Assist in tracking and reporting on service quality, job completion, and contractor performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

YOU HAVE:

An academic background or minimum of two years' experience in administrative support, scheduling, or coordination roles, preferably in construction, field service, or logistics environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus.

Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal management.

Can successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to adhere to company policies and successfully implement improvement strategies.
