Tria is looking to add a highly motivated Project Architect to work with one of our Project Managers on a variety of project types and to grow within the firm. The primary role of this position will be to:
-Assist Project Manager lead projects
-Coordinate efforts of project team (including engineers)
-Work with project manager during design phases
-Perform code analysis and review of projects
-Create construction and permit drawings
-Create project specifications
-Coordinate team efforts during the Bidding and Negotiations phase
-Review shop drawings and construction submittals
-Attend construction progress meetings and perform punch-lists during the Construction Administration phase
The position requires:
-6-10 years of Full Time Architectural Experience
-Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Architecture
-Highly motivated individual able to help manage a small team as well as work independently
-High Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
-Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of building codes
-Experience with commercial masonry building construction and non-residential project types required, experience with public bid projects a plus
-Experience with specification writing
-Licensed or nearly licensed
-An eagerness to learn and to take a leadership role within the firm
