Sheet Metal Supervisor 2nd shift

Were seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards.

• Supervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.

• Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals.

• Support new product introductions and process improvements.

• Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance.

• Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.

• Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.

• Experience with TRUMPF products, SYNCHRO, and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
