Job Description: Gardco Construction is currently seeking skilled and experienced Framers to join our dynamic team. As a Carpenter at Gardco Construction, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, contributing your expertise to create structures that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, metal, fiberglass, and other materials) according to project plans.
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.
Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fall protection ticket.
