In 2024 we launched our sister company, Betwixt Integrated Modeling to leverage Archicad-based BIM and Integrated Model Collaboration (IMC) to transform the pre-construction process as we know it. This role will have a key part to play in the continued growth of Betwixt, and the build out of the IMC process. The Role Create detailed BIM models and draft working drawings. Collaborate on design solutions. Partner with Betwixt's clients to deliver seamless pre-construction outcomes. Requirements 5+ years crafting bespoke luxury residential projects, with expertise in Archicad BIM and drafting from 3D databases. (training is available for Archicad) A detail-oriented team player, thriving in collaborative, high-end settings. Based near Seattle, ready for hybrid work. Self-motivated, able to work efficiently from a remote environment. Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent.
