Otis Elevator Company est a la recherche dun(e) superviseur(e) des operations de reparation tres motive(e) afin daccroitre la productivite et la performance des projets de reparation pour la succursale et les clients. Le ou la superviseur(e) des operations de reparation joue un role essentiel dans lexecution des projets, la satisfaction des clients et la performance globale de lentreprise, en coordonnant les ressources, les materiaux et les echeanciers afin dassurer la livraison reussie des projets.
Responsabilites essentielles
- Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le surintendant des reparations pour estimer, planifier et executer les projets de reparation
- Coordonner la livraison des materiaux et emettre les bons de commande de facon rapide et rentable
- Developper et maintenir des relations professionnelles et productives avec les collegues, les employes sur le terrain, les clients et les autres parties prenantes impliquees dans les projets de reparation
- Prevoir et planifier les ressources en main-duvre afin dassurer la reussite des projets tout en maintenant les normes de qualite et en ameliorant lefficacite operationnelle
- Analyser avec precision les exigences des projets et contribuer a lelaboration de plans de contingence pour les estimations et les defis lies a lexecution
Formation / certifications
- Diplome universitaire en ingenierie, certificat de metier et/ou un minimum de 5 annees dexperience dans le domaine des ascenseurs
Qualifications de base
- Capacite a travailler dans un environnement hautement collaboratif et dynamique
- Capacite a travailler efficacement sous pression
- Le ou la candidat(e) doit demontrer dexcellentes aptitudes en communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais , permettant une collaboration efficace avec les equipes internes et les clients externes
- Faire preuve dautonomie et etre capable de gerer plusieurs projets et responsabilites simultanement
- Etre a laise dans un environnement technique utilisant des logiciels informatiques bases sur Microsoft
- Solides competences en gestion du temps et en organisation
- Ce poste est de nature technique et exige la capacite de se rendre sur les chantiers, de comprendre le fonctionnement des systemes dascenseurs et de connaitre les principaux composants, pieces et methodes de reparation
Qualifications souhaitees
- Une formation ou une experience dans un environnement technique, dingenierie, de construction ou industriel constitue un atout
- Fort interet pour lapprentissage du secteur des ascenseurs et le developpement de competences en coordination et supervision de projets
- Une experience prealable en coordination, planification ou soutien dans un role axe sur les operations est preferee

Repair Operations Supervisor
Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Repair Operations Supervisor to drive productivity and the performance of repair projects for the branch and customers. The Repair Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in project execution, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance by coordinating resources, materials, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Repair Superintendent to estimate, plan, and execute repair projects
- Regularly attend job sites to review project scope, assess technical requirements, and collaborate with field personnel
- Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Develop and maintain professional, productive relationships with co-workers, field employees, clients, and other stakeholders involved in repair projects
- Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure successful project completion while maintaining quality standards and improving operational efficiency
- Accurately analyze project requirements and assist in developing contingencies for estimates and execution challenges
Education / Certifications
- A University Degree in Engineering, a trade certificate, and/or 5+ years in the elevator field
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Role is technical in nature and requires the ability to attend job sites, understand how elevator systems operate, and be familiar with major elevator components, parts, and repair methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or education in a technical, engineering, construction, or industrial environment is an asset
- Strong interest in learning the elevator industry and developing project coordination skills
- Previous coordination, planning, or support experience in an operations-focused role is preferred
