Architectural Designer / Architect

Zone Architecture Studio is seeking an experienced draftsperson to mid-experience draftsperson/architect. Commercial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train if we feel the applicant is a great fit for our company.

All aspects of design from initial concept through construction

- Preliminary office space plans

- Drafting of construction documents

- Project scope definition

- Interior and exterior finish material selection

- Working with clients to meet or exceed their project needs and goals

- Coordinating architectural design with engineers

- Coordinating with contractors during construction

- Possible attendance at marketing events

- Assistance in developing and maintenance of project standards

- Modeling in Revit (experience required)

- Coordinating as needed in AutoCAD

- Collaboration in Bluebeam

- Good communication and confidence a must

- Optional experience with SketchUp, Rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, Photography
