This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and producing high-quality work independently. We are looking for a true craftsman capable of handling projects from framing through finish carpentry with professionalism and attention to detail. Ideal candidate must be experienced in: * Custom framing and layout * Finish trim and detailed millwork * Door and window installation * Historic restoration work * Decks, porches, and exterior finish work * high-end finish preparation * Problem solving and field adjustments * Reading plans and managing workflow professionally Responsibilities include: * Leading carpentry projects in the field * Working independently * Coordinating with painters/restoration teams * Maintaining clean and organized job sites * Delivering high-end finished results Requirements: * Minimum 10 years experience * Strong work ethic and reliability * Own transportation * Professional-grade hand tools * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Clean, organized workmanship * Professional communication and leadership skills We are not looking for entry-level laborers or production-only workers.
