About the role

As an InsuranceNow Architect , you will make an impact by leading the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Guidewire InsuranceNow to support Property & Casualty insurance operations. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the configuration and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceNow modules including Policy, Billing, and Claims

+ Design and implement business rules, underwriting validations, claims logic, and workflow automation

+ Customize user interfaces, forms, and integrations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

+ Define and configure product structures, carrier groups, and state-specific regulatory rules

+ Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive best practices across delivery

What you need to have to be considered:

+ 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance systems

+ Strong hands-on expertise with Guidewire InsuranceNow configuration and implementation

+ Experience working with Policy, Billing, and Claims modules

+ Proven experience implementing business rules, workflows, and validation frameworks

+ Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Mandatory skills (Top keywords):

+ InsuranceNow

+ API development and integrations

These will help you stand out:

+ Experience integrating InsuranceNow with external and third-party systems

+ Knowledge of U.S. state-specific insurance regulations
