Land Development Project Manager

A well-established civil engineering consultancy is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to support continued growth across Maryland and Washington DC. This is a leadership-focused position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while managing projects and mentoring junior staff. The role provides strong exposure to both project delivery and team oversight, with involvement across long-term, complex land development projects. The role As a Project Manager, you will support the Division Head in overseeing project delivery while taking ownership of your own portfolio of land development projects. You will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.
