Our clients are nonprofits and community organizations, and every project we take on has purpose behind it whether it's affordable housing, community centers, educational facilities, or religious spaces. We're looking for an Intermediate Architect (4-7 years experience) who wants more than a paycheck. Someone who brings technical skill and design sensibility, but also genuinely cares about who the end users are. What you'll do: Work closely with principals and clients from schematic design through construction administration. You'll have real ownership of projects not just drafting someone else's vision and direct relationships with clients who are passionate about their missions. You're a fit if you: Have 4-7 years of architectural experience (licensure in progress or complete) REVIT experience important Are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast, lean environment Have experience with or curiosity about community-focused, civic, or nonprofit work Communicate well with clients, contractors, and colleagues Thrive in a small studio Licensed or licensure in progress a must.
