Electrical Technician
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our electrical department. This position is ideal for candidates with a moderate electrical background who are looking to grow their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The Electrical Technician will assist with electrical assembly, wire preparation, soldering, blueprint reading, and production support while maintaining quality and safety standards. Training will be provided for company-specific systems and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical assembly and support production operations.
  • Solder components and assist with wiring and electrical connections.
  • Crimp wires and assemble electrical components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Use basic computer systems for batching, tracking, and production processes.
  • Navigate internal manufacturing software systems, including Visual Factory and Epicor.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas while following safety procedures.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications
  • Moderate electrical or electronic assembly background preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Experience with soldering, crimping wires, or electrical assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions preferred.
  • Experience working with medical boards, circuit boards, or detailed electrical components is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Preferred Experience
  • Soldering medical boards or electronic components
  • Wire crimping and cable assembly
  • Electrical manufacturing or production environments
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Experience using manufacturing software systems such as Epicor or Visual Factory
