Finish Carpenter

Locally owned and operated residential construction company in search of a finish carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with high-quality finish work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a crew. Please note that all jobs are currently based in Lahaina and candidate must have reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities
Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, and interior doors
Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials accurately
Install cabinets, shelving, and custom finish details
Repair or replace damaged finish carpentry elements
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with fellow team members and supervisor

Qualifications
3+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read plans and perform precise measurements
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license all jobs are based in Lahaina.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
