Carpenter We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join a highperforming construction team completing both commercial and residential projects throughout the Helena area. In this role, you will build, install, and repair structural componentsincluding walls, doors, windows, siding, and interior finisheswhile working directly from blueprints and project specifications. Success in this position requires strong craftsmanship, accurate measuring and cutting, safe tool operation, and consistent attention to detail to deliver highquality results on every job. Responsibilities Construction & Carpentry Perform a wide range of carpentry and construction duties on commercial and residential job sites. Structural Installation Build, install, and repair walls, doors, windows, and other structural components. Material Cutting Measure and cut lumber, siding, and related materials to exact specifications. Drywall & Siding Hang, fasten, and finish drywall and exterior siding to meet project standards. Blueprint Reading Interpret blueprints and follow project requirements to complete tasks accurately. General Labor Support Assist with cleanup, material handling, and job site preparation as needed. Tool Operation Safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Precision Measuring Use measuring tapes and layout tools daily to ensure accurate cuts and installations. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the workday. Safety & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Essential Skills 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial construction. Proficiency in framing, finish work, and general construction tasks. Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform precise layout work. Safe and effective use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Experience working on commercial job sites. Ability to follow blueprints and project specifications with strong attention to detail. Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to support a variety of tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience hanging, fastening, and finishing drywall. Experience installing and finishing exterior siding. Experience in both residential and commercial carpentry. Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
