Outside General Laborer

Location : Essex Junction, Vermont

Season : Now – Late October/Early November

Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8am–8pm; overtime possible; weekends required

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our event operations team for the season. This role is active, outdoors, and hands-on. You’ll help set up, break down, and transport event rental equipment for a wide range of events across Vermont and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle event rental equipment

• Deliver and pick up equipment at event sites

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Clean, maintain, and organize equipment

• Interact professionally with clients when on-site

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
