Outside General Laborer Location : Essex Junction, Vermont Season : Now - Late October/Early November Pay: $20-$24/hr DOE Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8am-8pm; overtime possible; weekends required About the Role We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our event operations team for the season. This role is active, outdoors, and hands-on. You'll help set up, break down, and transport event rental equipment for a wide range of events across Vermont and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Install and dismantle event rental equipment Deliver and pick up equipment at event sites Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Clean, maintain, and organize equipment Interact professionally with clients when on-site Work outdoors in all weather conditions Qualifications Flexible schedule with weekend availability Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
