*Welder - Post Falls, ID*
Pay: $23-$28/hr. DOE | Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

*Objective:
As a welder you'll help fabricate complex machinery, welding in multiple positions and following products through to completion. Perfect for professionals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

*Responsibilities
Fabricate structural assemblies from blueprints and specifications
Weld in multiple positions using MIG and related techniques
Inspect weld size, spacing, and quality against production standards
Clean slag, spatter, tack welds, and bracing
Prepare and clean parts prior to welding

*Requirements
2+ years welding experience (3+ years preferred)
Skilled in blueprint reading and weld layout interpretation
Ability to maintain quality in high-output environment
Comfortable working in varied physical positions and temperatures

*Physical Requirements
MIG welders, grinders, and hand tools
Fabrication stations with overhead ventilation
5588F production environment
Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Safety gear required (gloves, welding mask, etc.)

*Welder - Spokane Valley, WA*
Pay: $25-$35/hr. DOE | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

*Objective:
In this role, you will be responsible for welding in multiple positions within a fast-paced shop environment. You will work on a variety of projects for different clients, interpreting blueprints and following each job through to completion to meet high standards of quality and safety.

*Responsibilities
-Perform MIG welding in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, etc.).
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols accurately.
-Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring all specifications are met.
-Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic shop environment.
-Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.

*Requirements
-Minimum of 5+ years of MIG Welding experience is required.
-Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
-Must possess your own personal welding equipment (hood, gloves, etc.).
-Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently.
-Ability to stand, squat, kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
-Career-minded individual seeking a long-term, permanent role.

*Welder - Spokane, WA*
Pay: $22-$30/hr. DOE
Schedules: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM + Mandatory OT on Fridays & Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM + Mandatory OT on Fridays

*Requirements:
-Flux core certification
-1+ year MIG flux core experience preferred (primarily use 1/16 wire)
-WABO preferred, but not required
-Welds consistently meet AWS and QC standards
-Positive attitude and ability to work independently
