We're Hiring: Skilled Handyman / Property Maintenance Professional

Up North Property Management & Repair is seeking a reliable, skilled, and professional individual to join our team! We specialize in a wide range of residential projects, and were looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and problem-solving.

Position: Handyman / Residential Repair & Maintenance/
General Construction/Painting

Location: Coeur dAlene, ID
Pay Range: $28 $35+/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

* Completing various residential repair and renovation tasks
* General construction, carpentry, flooring, tiling, and painting
* Occasional electrical and plumbing work (experience a plus)
* Documenting jobs accurately using our process and technology
* Providing professional, courteous service to clients

Requirements:

* Proven experience in handyman work, painting and general construction
* Electric and Plumbing experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
* Capable of working at heights and overhead for extended periods
* Own set of tools and ability to use technology (smartphone or tablet)
* Professional appearance and conduct
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
