Painter with Maintenance experience needed

Seasonal Painter / Maintenance Helper

Looking for a hard-working seasonal worker to assist a property management company with a variety of maintenance and painting-related tasks. Responsibilities include masking off areas for painting, pressure washing buildings and surfaces, scraping and preparing surfaces, painting, staining, general property upkeep, and assisting with basic maintenance projects as needed.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, physically capable of performing outdoor work, and comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Previous painting or maintenance experience is preferred but not requiredwe are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Duties Include:

Masking and preparing surfaces for painting
Pressure washing buildings, sidewalks, and other surfaces
Scraping, sanding, and surface preparation
Interior and exterior painting and staining
General property maintenance and cleanup
Assisting with repairs and maintenance projects
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Painting or maintenance experience is a plus

Seasonal position with full-time hours available. Compensation based on experience.
