Bellingham Professional Finishes is a full-service interior/exterior painting and wood coatings company.
We are hiring for Journeymen and skilled Painter/Finishing Techs. Ideal individuals will have 3+ years of professional painting experience. The individuals who fill this position will receive on the job training to refine basic prep/masking skills and learn highest skilled finishing techniques, as well as to hone their leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
Work on job-sites and in our pre-finish shops to learn and perform basic prep tasks to mid-range and highest skilled tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to:
Sanding
Masking/unmasking
Product application
Tool loading/unloading/cleaning
Maneuvering and packaging millwork
Will work individually or in a group to provide highest level finishes.
Maintain a clean and professional work area at all times.
Maintain strict attention to detail.
Exhibits excellent communication with supervisors and other team members.
Accurately track time worked and materials used on each project.
Requirements and Qualifications
18+ years of age
General working knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the painting trade
3+ years of professional painting experience
Exhibits a capacity to uphold a leadership position in a positive manner
Ability to interact and communicate in an effective and dependable manner
Hold a valid drivers license and have reliable personal transportation
Documentation to work in the United States
Capable of lifting and carrying 50+ lbs on a regular basis
Capable of and prepared to maneuver and work from extension ladders
Prepared to work 40+ hours/week
