Welding Fabricator (MIG) Full-Time

We are currently STILL seeking a skilled and reliable Welding Fabricator to join our team. Weve received a lot of resumes, but no one with the right experience.

This position is ideal for someone with solid fabrication experience, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Type of Work:
We fabricate basic steel enclosures using angle iron, expanded metal, and tubing. This is straightforward, repetitive production-style work that requires consistency and quality.

Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on steel components
Operate fabrication equipment including plasma table, bender, Piranha ironworker, and shear
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Ensure all work meets quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized shop

Requirements:
MIG welding experience (required)
Experience with plasma tables, benders, ironworkers, and shears preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Reliable and punctual

Compensation:
$20$27 per hour, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses

Schedule:
Full-time (hours to be discussed)
