Carpenter/Framer

Vermilion Construction is a family-run General Contracting company based in Long Beach specializing in high-end residential remodels, additions, and custom carpentry work throughout the Long Beach and Los Angeles area.

We are looking for experienced carpenters and framers who take pride in quality work, stay organized on site, and can work across multiple phases of construction.

Responsibilities:
-Site setup and daily cleanup
-Framing layout and structural carpentry
-Concrete forming and pour prep
-Installation of doors, windows, trim, siding, and finish carpentry
-Custom woodwork and exterior structures including pergolas and fences
-Demo and material handling
-Preparing work areas for subcontractors
-Layout for plumbing and electrical fixtures
-General construction tasks as needed

Requirements:
-Minimum 4 years experience in framing, finish carpentry, concrete forming, or residential remodeling
-Ability to read plans and work independently
-Experience with both rough and finish work
-Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
-Comfortable working across multiple trades when needed
-Reliable transportation
-Must provide own hand tools

Compensation:
Pay based on experience
