Commerical HVAC Technician New Haven, CT

Join a professional team supporting a large medical office facility in New Haven.

Requirements:

• EPA refrigerant certification
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Experience with boilers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, heat pumps, and DX systems
• Knowledge of building controls and automation systems
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Complete work orders and maintenance records
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed
