• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and service on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong refrigerant troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $80,000 - $150,000+ annual earning potential
