The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with clients and team members to help bring projects to life.

Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships while maintaining clear communication and organization.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building professional relationships.
Interest in art, design, and creative industries.
Comfortable attending industry events and meeting new people.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn for professional outreach and engagement.
Willingness to learn project management processes and contribute to successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating project timelines.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Communicate project updates to clients and team members.
Support team members and help ensure projects stay on schedule.
Participate in client outreach, networking events, and relationship-building efforts.
Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
Previous project coordination, customer service, marketing, or related experience is a plus but not required.
