You should have ability to use tools
table saws, wet saw, drills, sanders, ladders, scaffold
Installation of moldings, door casing, cabinet hardware
Other Skills
Possible barn rebuild (replacing rotted wood with new wood)

You must be on time for work
you must have transportation (there are no buses, and ride hail service is impractical)

Must be able to manage time, follow written schedules and directions

Must have ability to communicate in some form of English, (not relying upon a translation App)
