Manage day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Track contracts, change orders, insurance certificates, and permits
Assist with billing, invoicing, and QuickBooks entries
Maintain project files and digital organization systems
Schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries
Follow up on outstanding proposals and payments
Support estimating and proposal preparation
Assist with payroll documentation and compliance tracking
Qualifications:
4+ years office/admin experience (construction industry preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Comfortable reviewing contracts and insurance documents
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Professional demeanor with clients and vendors
