Job Details: Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager Mechanical Construction | North Jersey

Join a growing and well-established mechanical contractor seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, transmittals, and project documentation
Track material procurement, deliveries, and project schedules
Support Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day project operations
Maintain project records, reports, and contract documents
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel
Assist with project closeouts, labor tracking, and administrative reporting

Requirements:
Experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction project coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of construction documentation and project workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
