Field Foreman/ Lead Tradesman

We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks and additions, storm and flood damage repairs, custom cabinetry, and exterior work. The Role
We are looking for an experienced working foreman who can run jobs, lead a crew, and work alongside them on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role you will manage the day-to-day flow of projects while actively contributing to the work. You will also interact directly with homeowners on-site and are expected to represent Demo2finish professionally at all times.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage multiple residential projects from start to finish
-Lead and coordinate on-site crew members and subcontractors
-Perform hands-on trade work alongside the crew as needed
-Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
-Build decks and perform structural carpentry
-Install tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
-Install siding and perform related exterior work
-Perform or assist with basic roofing tasks as project scope requires
-Handle minor plumbing work as required
-Handle minor electrical work as required
-Perform interior and/or exterior painting as required by project scope
-Install flooring of various types (hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, etc.)
-Install cabinetry, including kitchen and bathroom cabinet systems
-Interact professionally and courteously with clients on-site, serving as a face of the company
-Maintain quality control at every phase of the project
-Communicate project status, issues, and progress to management

Requirements
-Proven experience as a working foreman or lead tradesman in residential renovation
-Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
-Deck construction experience required
-Tile installation experience required
-Siding installation experience required
-Basic roofing knowledge required
-Painting experience required (interior and/or exterior)
-Flooring installation experience required
-Cabinet installation experience required
-Working knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical
-Strong customer communication skills you will interact with homeowners directly on-site and are expected to represent Demo2finish professionally
-Must own a full set of professional tools
-Must have reliable personal transportation
-Self-sufficient, dependable, and professional
