Plumbing Service Technician - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Chesapeake Home Services, LLC is expanding into a new plumbing service territory and is looking for a strong, self-sufficient Plumbing Service Technician to help get it off the ground.

This role is hands-on from day one—you’ll be running calls, solving problems, and helping us build the foundation of this service area.

As the territory grows, there will be opportunities for advancement, but first and foremost—we need someone who can do the work and do it well.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run residential plumbing service calls independently
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems
• Perform installations and maintenance
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Use digital tools for scheduling and job tracking (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Help establish and grow our presence in a new service area

What to Expect

This is a solo technician role to start.

• You’ll be the primary technician in this territory
• You will handle on-call emergency service as needed
• The goal is to grow the workload and add additional technicians over time

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with scheduling tools (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile devices
• Backflow certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple calls
