About the Role:

YPrime’s eCOA Delivery team is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of clinical trial technology projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver software solutions from study start-up through maintenance and closeout. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized, supporting client communication, and helping ensure a strong day-to-day experience for both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project delivery across the full project lifecycle, including maintenance through system deactivation and archival
  • Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to keep work on track
  • Support client communication, including tracking open items, preparing status updates, and participating in status meetings
  • Help gather and document system requirements and support internal and client review meetings
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Technical, QA) to support execution and issue resolution
  • Assist with project documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards
  • Participate in system updates and releases, including supporting system testing activities
  • Help monitor timelines and flag risks or delays to the project team
  • Support client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, especially during maintenance activities
  • Provide support to system users via phone and email, escalating issues as needed
  • Track action items and follow through to resolution
  • Perform other related duties as required

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or a related role
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or technology environments preferred
  • Exposure to eClinical systems (eCOA, IRT, or similar) is a plus
  • Database querying or technical experience preferred
