Responsibilities
- Oversee and contribute to the development of comprehensive construction drawing sets, ensuring technical accuracy, code compliance, and quality standards.
- Apply strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods in the execution of commercial projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, reviewing work and supporting team development.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and coordination efforts with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits, including existing condition surveys and construction administration activities such as field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in producing construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- 8+ years of architectural experience, with a focus on commercial architecture and retail projects.
- Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and engineering trades to move projects along and respond to RFIs.
This is a Permanent position based out of Park Ridge, NJ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.Full benefits to be provided upon request
