Residential Painter Needed Dutchess County, NY

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Painter for interior and exterior residential projects in and around Dutchess County. We specialize in high-end home renovations and are seeking someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
This position is ideal for an experienced painter who can work independently, follow safety procedures, and contribute positively to a team environment.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare job sites (set up ladders/scaffolding, cover floors and fixtures)
-Prep surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming
-Repair cracks and holes using tape, compound, and fillers
-Paint interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
-Apply stains and specialty finishes
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Follow all job-site safety guidelines

Qualifications:
-5 years or more of proven experience as a residential painter
-Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding
-Experience using brushes, rollers, caulking guns, and paint sprayers (sprayer experience a plus)
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Reliable, punctual, and good time management skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
