Position Overview
Position: Industrial Painter
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:45 a.m.4:15 p.m. (40 hours/week)
Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation: $20$22/hour
Employment Type: FullTime, Onsite
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Surface preparation Cleaning, sanding, and removing old coatings to ensure proper adhesion.
Paint mixing Accurately mixing paints and coatings to achieve correct color and consistency.
Application techniques Applying paint using brush, roller, and spray gun depending on project needs.
Quality control Inspecting finished surfaces and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Safety procedures Following all safety protocols, including PPE use and proper ventilation.
Technical knowledge Understanding paint types, properties, and application methods.
Attention to detail Producing consistent, highquality finishes.
Problemsolving Identifying and resolving issues during the painting process.
What Youll Be Working On
Painting multiangled electromechanical assemblies
Performing printed circuit board conformal coating
Completing various types of part marking
