Industrial Painter

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for detail and love turning raw parts into flawless, high-end finished products, this is the role for you. You'll work with advanced coating systems to deliver top-tier finishes for major OEMs and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Make It Flawless: Prepare and apply specialized liquid coatings (1, 2, and 3-component systems) to molded plastic parts.
  
  
• Showcase Versatility: Master diverse finishes, including premium Class A and texture paint.
  
  
• Own the Quality: Use instrumentation and master samples to ensure every part matches strict OEM specifications perfectly.
  
  
• Stay Safe: Follow OSHA and HazMat guidelines to maintain a secure, top-notch workspace.
  
  

salary: $60,000 - $68,500 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Perform painting activities on parts in preparation for painting.
Apply a variety of industrial coatings to plastic products including Class A and texture paint.
Utilize instrumentation and master paint samples to measure painting parameters to ensure
compliance with OEM specifications.
Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.
Suggest tools and equipment to improve the operation of the unit.
Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits.
Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in
the area.
Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 7 hours at one time
