responsibilities:

• Coordinate detailed project plans, assess feasibility, and direct the integration of technical activities to accomplish goals.
  
  
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients while conferring with cross-functional teams on project specifications.
  
  
• Recruit, direct, and evaluate staff to ensure ongoing team competence and high-quality output.
  
  
• Analyze resource needs, market demand, and technology to efficiently guide project planning and production methods.
  
  
• Review, recommend, and approve project contracts and cost estimates.
