MUST:
Experienced Survey CAD Technician
2 to 5 years experience working Survey projects such as
topographic mapping, house location surveys, ALTA surveys, plat preparation, cut-sheet set up, proposal quantity take-offs, Civil3D, Carlson Survey
Must have experience with drawing layout tools and strategies including xref, paper space, model space and viewport utilization. Conceptual and 3-dimensional visualization skills a plus
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Commitment to working 8 5pm
Degree and/or certifications nice to have

Seeking a Survey CAD Technician
Survey CAD Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the Survey CAD document production process for residential, commercial and municipal projects
