Construction laborer

We are a full service residential renovation company seeking a motivated individual to join our team.
Position: laborer / Carpenter apprentice
Compensation: 25/ hr +, Pay based on experience
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail. METICULOUS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the carpentry field
***This is a very physically demanding job***
Our Work mainly involves:
*Interior renovation
* Decks - Trex decking and rail packages, pressure treated, galvanized hardware, stringers and girders, dig sonotubes.
*Hardscape - Cambridge pavers, proper base prep, grade, .
Roofing - shingles.
Under the supervision of Owner operated business, the individual will help in various aspects of residential construction, demo, and cleaning.
Once hired you will be required to own/invest $ 50.00 in basic hand tools. All other tools provided by company.
Individual must eventually be able to follow instruction and execute responsibilities.
Pay is based on experience.
Pay is on the books. (W4, I9, Valid drivers license).
Drug and alcohol free.
Two weeks paid time off annually.
Our work is based out of Fishkill but spreads throughout Dutchess county.
M-F, 8am - 4:45Pm = 8 hour day. 45min lunch break.
Longer hours & weekends are available.
