Building Painter

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking an Industrial Painter to join their dedicated team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality finishes and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Oakdale, CA

Pay Range: $22.5

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional results
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care
• Inspect job sites prior to painting to identify necessary preparations and safety measures
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition to ensure safety and efficiency during work

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, sanding, and patching
• Knowledge of mixing and matching paint colors accurately
• Experience with applying finishes using various tools and techniques
• Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with a focus on quality
