Intermediate and Architectural Designers Contract Role

An internationally recognized design firm is looking to hire talented Designers on Contract, for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. Key responsibilities: Contribute to design and visualization under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Rhino models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs. Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files. Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field 3-7 years' professional experience. Skilled in concept design and programming for commercial and mixed use projects. Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently. Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets. Experience in Rhino, V-ray, Grasshopper are a big plus.
