Cleveland Carter Enterprises, Inc. (CCE), was founded in 1975 and incorporated in Baxley, Georgia in 1989. CCE is a licensed sewer and water utility contractor with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.

We have extensive experience in sewer and water line installation and rehabilitation to include bypass set up and pump monitoring. We have earned distinction in the industry because of our consistent attention to detail, quality assurance and commitment to customer satisfaction. Meticulous detail is given to all facets of service delivery, including bidding, staffing, equipment, supply purchasing and timely project implementation.
