Residential Construction Project Manager

M&S Development, LLC is a fast-growing construction company located in Mansfield, Massachusetts, primarily focused on large-scale, high-end residential remodels, additions and new construction throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

We are seeking an energetic construction project manager that can provide our customers an exceptional construction experience, from start to finish. Construction Supervisor License a plus. Bilingual in English and Portuguese or Spanish would be a great asset.

Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5-10 projects at a time, working with fellow staff and subcontractors to complete projects on time and on budget
• Point person for the customer
• Proactive scheduling, communication and management of subcontractors and M&S staff

  • Electricians
  • Insulation subs
  • Flooring installers
  • Tile installers
  • Shower glass installers
  • Plasterers
  • Painters
• Maintain Daily Logs for each project
• Place orders for materials and arrange for delivery to the job sites
  • Framing materials
  • Siding
  • Roof
  • Gutters & downspouts
  • Deck
  • Windows
  • Insulation
  • Board & plaster
  • Interior & exterior doors & hardware
  • Interior trim
• Handle delays and problems quickly and efficiently
• Decision-making on the fly
• Manage jobsite cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• Reside within 30 miles of Mansfield, MA
• Residential project management experience
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans
• Hands on construction experience recommended
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent email and text response rate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word software
• Learn to use Builder Trend project management software
