Were looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this role, youll be the central force behind planning, coordination, and executionensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What Youll DoAs a Project Manager, youll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to bring complex electrical projects to life. Youll manage schedules, budgets, and resources while proactively solving problems and keeping everyone aligned.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NEC, and local codes.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings.
- Monitor project performance and address issues before they become problems.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
- 5+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Conest software (preferred).
- PMP certification or equivalent (a plus).
