The pay range is up to $100,000 per year based on experience. We are looking for skilled leaders to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. About this Role As a Project Manager for Parcel projects, you will lead the Ultimate LLC team in executing projects within our Parcel operations. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of project management, with occasional site management on shorter-duration projects to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the trusted partner our customers rely on, delivering clear communication, solving problems, leading your team, and managing all phases of the project lifecycle with precision and professionalism. This role is open to remote work but requires willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to job sites. Ultimate Job Duties Lead project teams through all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure Develop detailed schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with project scope, priorities, and resource allocation, with a defined critical path Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting process clarity, accountability, and transparency Review project progress and resources weekly, offering suggestions to optimize resource allocation with project leads Build strong relationships with team members at all levels to enhance collaboration, transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation Act as site manager during installation, start-up, and testing for short-term projects (typically under 6 weeks of on-site time) Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and suppliers regarding staffing, scheduling, system layouts, and safety concerns Prepare project reports, including daily reports and punch lists, per customer specifications and site-specific requirements Conduct workplace safety audits, prepare job hazard reports, and develop task training outlines while on-site Manage day-to-day client interactions, setting and meeting expectations Oversee project budgets and cash flow, identifying and resolving billing issues promptly Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment Ultimate Project Manager Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in a similar industry PMP certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of joining Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams through all phases of a parcel or material handling project Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Calendar) Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to team success Exceptional multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing work environments Focused on achieving work objectives for yourself and your team Ability to coordinate technical requirements with non-technical personnel Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to job sites for installation and project oversight Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC Health insurance Dental and vision coverage 401k Paid time off Referral bonus program Pay increase based on quality of work Paid OSHA training Long-term work ID theft protection About Us Ultimate LLC has been delivering top-tier services since 1986, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and strong client relationships.
