Drafter

Engage in production drafting within the civil and telecom industries by utilizing Autocad 2D. This role involves creating and modifying construction drawing packages essential for zoning, permitting, and design modifications. You will also aid in developing construction designs and layouts for various site configurations, providing document control and quality assurance where applicable. You will be part of the Cell Tower team, contributing to the growth and success of the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify construction drawing packages using Autocad 2D.
• Assist in developing construction designs and layouts for various site configurations.
• Ensure document control and quality assurance are maintained where applicable.

• Proficiency in Autocad 2D.
• Experience in drafting, design, and CAD.
• Knowledge of telecom engineering, fiber optic design, wireless technology, tower site, and cell tower design.

• 1+ years of experience with Autocad 2D or a degree in engineering or design such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Engineering technologies.

The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM in a business casual environment. You will work in an office or cube setting, within production teams of 3-5 drafters managed by one Project Manager. The company currently has over 80 employees and is poised for continued growth as project demands increase. Employees enjoy 1.5 hours of PTO accrual per week and 8 holidays annually.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
