Perform project acctg, budgeting & cost mgmt. Estab & maint site safety procedures. Resp for permitting, code & regulatory adm, inspection coord, interpretation of drawing & specs, mgmt of punch-list inspection & project close-out activities. Req'ts: Mstr's deg or equiv in Civil Engg or rltd field w/ min 3 yrs exp in job offered or rltd occup such as Director. A baccalaureate deg w/5 yrs post- baccal., progressive exp is ok for Mstr's equiv. Any suitable combo of educ, training, or exp is ok.
