What you will be doing as an Estimator/Job Cost Manager:
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for residential remodel projects.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate labor, materials, and time estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project scope are captured.
Review vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive and complete bid coverage.
